Client invoicing (included)
Send deposit and balance invoices from any event. Bank transfers to your BSB and account are free. Or your customers can pay through our secure payment link for 2.7% + 30c per transaction - you choose whether to cover that or pass it on to the customer (we recommend passing it on, so invoicing costs you nothing). Bank debit through the same link costs less on large invoices. Still under the 2.9% + 30c the big event platforms charge.

Deputy bills per user, so the bill climbs with every single hire. Roster is one price per location within a team-size band - it only steps up when you cross a band (10, 30 or 100 workers), never per seat. Deputy column uses their published AU Core rate (from $8.75/user/mo, annual billing, minimums apply).

Venues connected to the Supp marketplace get a further 5% off every invoice, at every location.
7shifts also charges per location (a free Comp plan for a single small-team site, then Entree $34.99/loc up to 30 workers, The Works $76.99/loc unlimited). Single venues are comparable - sometimes they are cheaper, sometimes we are. The difference is what is in the box, not the price tag.

A distinct physical venue. Multi-venue groups have one subscription per site. Areas (kitchen, front bar) are sub-zones inside a location and don't affect billing.
No. Every tier has every feature, including the free one. Tiers only set how many workers a location can have.

Your first paid subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel anytime in settings - no charge if you cancel during the trial.
Tier changes are automatic in both directions. Grow past your band and the next tier applies from your next cycle (annual plans pro-rate the upgrade). Shrink below it and we move you down at the next cycle automatically - you are never stuck paying for a bigger tier than you need.
Prices are ex GST. GST is added on the invoice per Australian tax rules - Stripe Tax handles it automatically.
